Rafał Kasprów - CEO
In addition to the position in SGE, Rafał is also CEO of ORLEN Synthos Green Energy (SGE JV with PKN ORLEN S.A.) and a member of BWRX Europe board (SGE JV with GE Hitachi Nuclear). He also serves on management boards of other companies engaged in nuclear projects. For nearly two decades, he was Managing Partner of a private consulting firm advising a number of companies from energy, oil and telecommunications sectors, including PKN ORLEN, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, Mercuria Energy Trading, Orange, Polkomtel, GE Capital, KGHM Polish Copper and others.
Between 2000 and 2002 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, where he oversaw conclusion with Norway of the first contract diversifying Poland’s gas supplies. Rafał also served as a gas and oil sector consultant for the Ministry of the Treasury under a World Bank project (2000-2002). In the 1990’s he worked in media (1994-2000).
Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw (1998), Warsaw School of Economics (2002). He gained an MBA, University of Quebec, Montreal (2004); and is currently studying for a PhD at Polish Academy of Science (2021).

Mariusz Waniołka - Vice-President of the Management Board
Mariusz is a seasoned executive with vast experience in the corporate world. In addition to his position at SGE, he holds multiple seats on various Management Boards. Currently, Mariusz is Vice President and CFO at FTF Development S.A., where he oversees the company's financial operations. He also serves as Vice President at FTF Real Estate sp. z o.o., Farma Wiatrowa KSŻ sp. z o.o. , H&N sp. z o.o. , FTF Wind 1 sp. z o.o., FTF Farm 1 sp. z o.o. Furthermore, he is a Member of the Board at N2H sp. z o.o. (owner of Homla brand) and Nexterio sp. z o.o.
Throughout his career, Mariusz has held several high-level positions, including: Chairman of the Supervisory Board at FTF Columbus sp. z o.o., Vice President at FTF Columbus S.A. and FTF Galleon S.A., and Member of the Supervisory Board at Barlinek S.A., Cersanit S.A., Sklepy Komfort S.A., North Food S.A., Synthos S.A., Echo Investment S.A. In the past, he was also a Member of the Board and CFO at NOMI S.A. (Kingfisher group) and the Financial Director at PepsiCo sp. z o.o.
Mariusz graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, where he studied Economic Cybernetics and IT.
