Rafał Kasprów - CEO
Rafał Kasprów is also the CEO of ORLEN Synthos Green Energy, a company dedicated to the deployment of a fleet of BWRX-300 reactors in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. He is also a member of board of the BWRX Ltd – UK based company.
For nearly two decades, he was a Managing Partner at a strategic consulting firm, advising numerous companies in the energy, oil, telecommunications, and commodities sectors. His notable clients included ORLEN, Synthos, Mercuria Energy Trading, Orange, Polkomtel, GE Capital, GE International, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, KGHM Polish Copper, and others. Additionally, Rafał has worked as a gas and oil consultant for the Ministry of the Treasury, the World Bank, and the largest crude oil supplier to Poland. From 2000 to 2002, Rafał was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish National Gas and Oil.
In the 1990s, Rafał worked in media, covering economics and politics from 1994 to 2000.
He graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw in 1998 and from the Warsaw School of Economics in 2002. Rafał also earned an MBA from the University of Quebec, Montreal, in 2004 and completed PhD studies in Artificial Intelligence at the Polish Academy of Sciences (without obtaining a title).
He has held fellowships from the Reuters Foundation, the U.S. Department of State (twice), the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Howard Gilman Foundation, and US Freedom House.
Mariusz Waniołka - Member of the Board
Mariusz is a seasoned executive with vast experience in the corporate world. In addition to his position at SGE, he holds multiple seats on various Management Boards. Currently, Mariusz is Vice President and CFO at FTF Development S.A., where he oversees the company's financial operations. He also serves as Vice President at FTF Real Estate sp. z o.o., Farma Wiatrowa KSŻ sp. z o.o. , H&N sp. z o.o. , FTF Wind 1 sp. z o.o., FTF Farm 1 sp. z o.o. Furthermore, he is a Member of the Board at N2H sp. z o.o. (owner of Homla brand) and Nexterio sp. z o.o.
Throughout his career, Mariusz has held several high-level positions, including: Chairman of the Supervisory Board at FTF Columbus sp. z o.o., Vice President at FTF Columbus S.A. and FTF Galleon S.A., and Member of the Supervisory Board at Barlinek S.A., Cersanit S.A., Sklepy Komfort S.A., North Food S.A., Synthos S.A., Echo Investment S.A. In the past, he was also a Member of the Board and CFO at NOMI S.A. (Kingfisher group) and the Financial Director at PepsiCo sp. z o.o.
Mariusz graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, where he studied Economic Cybernetics and IT.
